Metodi Tsonyovski

Metodi Tsonyovski is currently the Head of Information Technology Operations and Service Delivery Europe at EXL. They have previously held roles such as VNOC Manager at Servicios Audiovisuales Overon, where they managed the NOC department, and Network and Systems Projects Lead at The World Bank. Their earlier experiences include positions as a NOC Specialist at Orbitel and a Hosting Specialist at PEER 1 Hosting. Metodi earned a Master’s degree in Business Administration and Management from Technical University Sofia, following a Bachelor's degree and a high school diploma in Telecommunications Engineering from the same institution.
