Archana Tiwari

Archana Tiwari is the Vice President of Organizational Development at Exo. Archana has over three years of experience in Human Resources, and has been with Exo for just over a year. Prior to Exo, Archana worked as the Vice President of Human Resources at RxAdvance Corp from August 2016 to July 2019. At RxAdvance, Archana was responsible for providing overall HR leadership for the company, which included developing HR strategy, policies and programs, as well as managing the day-to-day HR operations. Archana has a proven track record of being able to effectively manage and develop HR programs that improve company productivity and compliance.

Archana Tiwari completed their Masters in Human Resources Management from Rivier University. Archana also has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Art and Literature from Agra University.

They work with Drake Guenther - Senior Director, Applications, Kutay Ustuner - VP, Imaging Systems, and Arun Nagdev - Senior Director, Clinical Education. Their manager is Sandeep Akkaraju, Co-Founder & CEO.
