Nicole Winokur is a senior marketing executive with over 15 years of experience in global marketing strategy, brand development, demand generation, and sales enablement. Nicole is currently the Senior Director of Strategic Marketing at Exo, a leading provider of enterprise software solutions. Prior to joining Exo, Nicole served as the Business Marketing Leader for North America Precision Diagnosis at Philips, where they were responsible for overseeing all marketing and communications for a $1B business.

During their tenure at Philips, Nicole successfully led a commercial growth strategy that generated $30M in new revenue opportunities within a year. Nicole also played a key role in transforming the marketing function to propel business growth and expand capabilities in digital marketing and content marketing. As a result of their efforts, web traffic increased by 125%, organic search by 155%, and LinkedIn followers by 25%.

Prior to Philips, Nicole served as the Vice President of Marketing, Global | Head of Marketing at Optimas Solutions, where they oversaw all marketing and communications for a $1B industrial distribution and services business. During their time at Optimas, Nicole was responsible for leading the company’s brand revitalization strategy, which restored focus, outshined the competition, and delivered more compelling messaging that clearly articulated customer value.
