Eric Gutt

Eric Gutt has extensive experience in the real estate and construction industries, serving as the President and Owner of Beacon Builders since January 1998, while also working as a Realtor and Broker at eXp Realty since March 2018. Eric holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business, earned between 1978 and 1982, and furthered education at the UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School from 1984 to 1986.
