They served as Assistant Manager at Flipkart.com during India's e-commerce inception, later advancing to Business Development Manager at Souq.com, where they launched the fashion marketplace vertical. Kapil held the role of Category Manager at Rocket Internet SE, focusing on cross-border e-commerce, and most recently has been the Digital Commerce Director at EMB Global, advising startups on technology adoption and strategic growth. They have a degree from the University of Mumbai, completed in 2010.
