Lauren Zaloga

Lauren Zaloga currently serves as the Convention Services Manager at Experience Grand Rapids since September 2025, bringing a wealth of experience in event planning and customer service. A Sales Associate at Madewell since October 2021, Lauren excels in creating welcoming environments and fostering team relationships. Previously, Lauren was the Conference and Event Planning Director at Aquinas College from October 2017 to September 2025, where responsibilities included developing partnerships for revenue and supervising departmental operations.
