Xavier Chambard

Xavier Chambard currently serves as the Director of Strategy and Partnerships at Expertise France, a position held since December 2005, where responsibilities include the development of institutional relations and the negotiation of over 80 partnership agreements. Chambard has contributed to strategic positioning within the AFD group and has managed various facets of international cooperation and communication at both Expertise France and the GIP Santé Protection Sociale International. Previously, Chambard worked as the Chief Editor of internal communications at the Ministry of Health and has held journalistic roles at organizations such as Groupe Sud Ouest, NRJ, and CNN.
