Victoria Coleman

Acting General Counsel at Export-Import Bank of the United States

Victoria Coleman currently serves as the Acting General Counsel and previously held the position of Deputy General Counsel at the Export-Import Bank of the United States since October 2024. Prior to this role, Victoria worked at the Department of Veterans Affairs, Office of Inspector General, where responsibilities included Deputy Counselor in the Administrative Law Division and Attorney from August 2021 to November 2024. Victoria's experience also includes serving as Director of the Personnel Law Division and Associate Counsel at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security from April 2020 to August 2021, and as Senior Counsel and Labor and Employment Attorney at the Export-Import Bank from September 2013 to April 2020. Earlier in Victoria's career, an Attorney position at the U.S. Department of Energy was held from May 2011 to September 2013. Victoria Coleman earned a Doctor of Law (JD) with a focus on Employment Law from Capital University Law School and a Master's degree in Political Science and Government from The University of Akron.
