Dave Queller, President, Express Scripts, leads the PBM with oversight of supply chain and drug procurement and a keen focus on ensuring that our value-creation expertise and innovative solutions can be leveraged across the enterprise. Empowered by our legacy as an industry innovator, Dave’s passion is to stand alongside our clients and partners, collaborating to develop personalized solutions that make a meaningful difference in the lives of those we serve, whenever and wherever it's needed. Dave joined Express Scripts in July 2014 as Senior Vice President, Sales & Account Management, to lead its full portfolio of business division and client relationships, including Commercial, Health Plan, Federal Programs and Medicare/Medicaid regulated business. He became part of Cigna through its acquisition of Express Scripts in December 2018. At that time, his responsibility grew to include oversight of PBM Services, which supports the organization’s operations, contact centers and communications experience for over 3,000 clients and 75 million customer relationships. Most recently, his role has expanded to include leadership over supply chain and drug procurement, focusing on Express Scripts’ work with pharmaceutical manufacturers, members, caregivers and other key stakeholders to deliver even better affordability and improved pharmacy care. Dave’s achievements underline Express Scripts’ position as partner of choice for health plans, employers, government and other payers seeking the most value for their investments as a global health leader. Prior to joining Express Scripts, Dave was Senior Vice President, National Accounts, for Aetna, where he served for 14 years in roles of increasing responsibility, including leadership of specific geographic regions, Aetna’s global business offering, and sales and account management. He also previously held sales leadership positions at Prudential Healthcare of Central Florida and Cigna Healthcare. Dave holds a bachelor’s degree in finance and political science from Central Michigan University.
