Karthik Dhanapal

Karthik Dhanapal is an accomplished Oracle Retail Tech Lead with extensive experience in implementing and enhancing Oracle Retail applications across various organizations since 2006. Currently employed at EXPRESS, Karthik focuses on requirements gathering, solution designing, and integrating the Oracle Retail suite with legacy systems. Previous roles include a contractor position at 7-Eleven, where Oracle Retail Suite v16 was implemented, and a technical lead position at Nordstrom, upgrading the RMS system. Karthik has also provided consulting services for major retailers such as Belk and Neiman Marcus, showcasing expertise in technical and functional aspects of Oracle Retail applications. Karthik holds a BE in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Anna University Chennai.
