Aruna Ganesan

Aruna Ganesan currently serves as an Ambassador for Extern since March 2024, focusing on transforming remote work experiences through integrated learning. Additionally, Aruna holds the role of Student Ambassador at Devant and has recently completed an AI Recruiter Bootcamp with Moyyn. Previous experience includes working as an Inhouse Recruiter at DATALOOPAI, where significant contributions were made to recruit core engineering and specialized tech roles, and as Recruitment Lead for a confidential company, overseeing client relations and recruitment strategies. Aruna's career began at Hexaware Technologies as a Human Resources Executive, excelling in full-cycle recruitment and client relationship management. Aruna is currently pursuing a postgraduate diploma in Human Resources Business Management at Algoma University, following a Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology from KRMMC College of Arts and Science.
