David A. Barta

David A. Barta is the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Exterran. David has over 25 years of experience in finance and accounting. Barta started their career at Harman International in 1989 and held various positions until 1995 when they became the Controller at Anchor Hocking Glass Company. David remained in that role until 1999 when they were promoted to Chief Financial Officer of the Newell Rubbermaid/Levolor Kirsch Division. Barta stayed with NewellRubermaid for five years before joining Cooper Industries Ltd. as their Sr VP and Chief Financial Officer in May 2010. David left Cooper Industries in December 2012 to become the Chief Financial Officer at Regal Beloit Corporation. Barta left Regal Beloit in June 2014 to join Accudyne Industries as their Chief Financial Officer where they served until November 2016. Barta joined Exterran in December 2016 as their Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.

David A. Barta received their JD from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law, their MSBA/MBA in Business Administration and Management, General from Purdue University Fort Wayne, and their BS in Accounting from Purdue University Fort Wayne.

They work with David S. Vaughn - Vice President, Global Health, Safety, Security and Environment, Christine M. Michel - Senior Vice President, Global Human Resources and Communications, and Michael W. Sanders - Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer. David A. Barta reports to Andrew J.
