Fangda Qiu

Fangda Qiu is an accomplished engineer with extensive experience in production and reservoir engineering, specializing in technology development and carbon capture, utilization, and storage (CCUS) at ExxonMobil since September 2018. Prior to this role, Fangda held the position of Chief Reservoir and Production Stimulation Engineer at Barnett Investment Group from May 2016 to August 2018, focusing on reservoir development, stimulation strategies, and economic analysis. Previous experience at Schlumberger, spanning six years, included roles as Kinetix/Mangrove Product Champion and Senior Production Stimulation Engineer, with a strong emphasis on hydraulic fracturing and unconventional reservoir modeling. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Data Analytics from Georgia Institute of Technology and a Master of Science in Petroleum Engineering from Texas A&M University, alongside a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering from China University of Petroleum, Beijing.
