Johanna Hagemeier

Johanna Hagemeier has extensive work experience in various roles. Johanna started their career in 2013 as an intern at AXA. Johanna then joined AXA as an employee in 2014, where they worked in HR strategy, planning, and communications. In 2017, they moved to eyeo and worked as a project manager for GDPR implementation. Johanna later became a senior manager responsible for corporate governance, industry relations, and leading large user research projects. In 2022, they joined Flattr AB as a data protection officer. In 2023, they became a team lead for standards and insights at eyeo.

Johanna Hagemeier earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Wirtschaftspsychologie from Hochschule Fresenius Köln in 2013. Johanna then pursued further education and completed their M.A. in Digital Management from Hochschule Fresenius - International Business School in 2017. Prior to their university studies, they obtained a degree as a Bankkauffrau from Sparkasse Hanau in 2009. Additionally, Johanna Hagemeier has obtained several certifications, including Programmatic 360 and IAB Fundamentals from IAB, and Externe Datenschutzbeauftragte and Datenschutzbeauftragte (TÜV) Nach DSGVO und neuem BDSG from TÜV Rheinland Group.
