Brent Rager

Brent Rager is the current Director of Technology at EZ-ERC. Brent has previously worked as a Team Lead and Senior Software Engineer at Genesys, as well as a Senior Software Engineer at Interactive Intelligence and Software Engineer at Delphi Electronics & Safety.

Brent has experience working on a variety of projects, ranging from highly scalable server side applications to web applications and everything in between. Brent is skilled in languages such as C++, C#, and Javascript.

Under Brent's leadership, their team at Genesys was able to create a Kubernetes microservice hybrid cloud solution that allowed call center agents to interact directly with customers through multiple Social Media channels. This feature was successfully brought to production from the microservices to the agent interface front end.

Brent's experience and skills have made him an asset in the technology industry, and they are currently using their talents to help EZ-ERC continue to grow and succeed.

Brent Rager is a computer engineer who graduated from Purdue University.

Brent Rager works with Chelsie Dias - Chief Operating Officer, Casey Finigan - Chief Marketing Officer, and Nick Lewandowski - Director of Client Services. Brent Rager reports to Kenneth Dettman, CEO/Managing Director.
