Pedro Checo

Pedro Checo joined Ezee Fiber in June 2023, bringing vast experience in sales, customer service, and operations management. As Executive Vice President of Customer Operations, he oversees the Fiber-to-the-Home business, contact center, field operations, and customer growth. Pedro began his telecom career in 2004 with Cablevision, advancing to roles including Senior Director of Retention and Sales Operations. He later served as Vice President of Customer Service at Altice USA, managing support operations, and as Senior Vice President at Broadview Credit Union, leading strategic planning and product development. Pedro holds an MS in Business from Lehman College and completed Harvard’s CTAM Executive Management Program. He is fluent in English and Spanish.
