Matthew Luchsinger is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in account management and business development. Currently serving as the Global Enterprise Account Director at EZRA Coaching since January 2025, Luchsinger previously held various leadership roles at MindGym from August 2016 to January 2025, including Client Team Lead, VP of Global Clients, and Regional Vice President. Prior to MindGym, Luchsinger worked at CEB as a Senior Business Development Manager for the Legal, Risk, and Compliance Practice, and at the Entrepreneurs' Organization as Chapter Development Manager. Luchsinger holds an AB in Latin and a BA in History from the College of Charleston, earned between 1996 and 2000.
