Carmine Arabia is the current VP of Devices for Reality Labs at Meta. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President of Product Operations at Amazon Lab126 from August 2013 to May 2018. There, they oversaw product operations for Kindle, Fire Tablets, Fire TV, Amazon Echo, Amazon Tap, and Fire Phone.

Before their time at Amazon, Carmine served as the Senior Vice President of Global Manufacturing & Supply Chain at BlackBerry from July 2008 to August 2013. In this role, they managed the global supply chain planning, supply chain IT, order fulfillment, manufacturing & test engineering, new product introduction, and global outsourced manufacturing for the BlackBerry product portfolio worldwide.

Throughout their career, Carmine has displayed a focus on achieving best-in-class quality, delivery, and cost performance. They have also demonstrated an ability to manage exponential growth in worldwide demand and production while balancing product design complexities, product logistics, and custom geography-specific requirements.

Carmine Arabia attended the University of Toronto, where they obtained their Bachelor of Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering. They are also certified from the Professional Engineers of Ontario as a Professional Engineer.
