Emily Riccardi

Emily Riccardi is a seasoned administrative professional with extensive experience in executive support and organizational leadership. Currently serving as Chief of Staff and Executive Assistant to the President and COO at Facet since September 2025, Emily previously held the position of Administrative Chief of Staff at Bonterra from 2023 to June 2025, where responsibilities included system integration, reporting, sprint prioritization, and user acceptance testing. Notable prior roles include Chief of Staff to the CEO, COO, and CFO at DeGolyer and MacNaughton, and Administrative Chief of Staff to the CEO at Aurea Software.
