Nithyanandham Ravi

Nithyanandham Ravi's work experience includes leadership roles in human resources at various companies. Nithyanandham is currently working as the Human Resources Director at Facilio. Prior to that, they served as a Senior Manager and Manager of Strategic HRM at Applied Data Finance from 2017 to 2022. From 2014 to 2017, they worked as an HR Business Partner at Ramco Systems, where they handled HR functions for multiple countries in the APAC region. Before that, from 2010 to 2014, they worked as a Senior Executive in HR at GAIN Credit (formerly Global Analytics), where they were involved in recruitment strategy, learning and development, and stakeholder feedback.

Nithyanandham Ravi has a diverse education history. Nithyanandham obtained a postgraduate diploma in Human Resource Management from XLRI Jamshedpur in 2020. Prior to that, they completed a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree with a focus on Human Resources Development from the University of Madras from 2008 to 2010. Earlier in their academic journey, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Applications (BCA) from Madras Christian College between 2005 and 2008. Additionally, Nithyanandham Ravi received a certification in the Malaysia Employment Act - 1955 from the Regional Labour Department, Kuala Lumpur in 2016.
