Previously, Bablur held roles such as Country Representative and Coordinator for Audits & Projects at Fair Wear Foundation, along with a Senior Executive position focused on compliance at GV Fashion Asia Ltd. Early career experiences include positions as an Audit Supervisor, Compliance Consultant, and Social Compliance Lead Auditor, complemented by foundational work in HR and compliance management at Intramex Fashions Ltd. Bablur holds a Master's degree in Philosophy from Rajshahi University, Bangladesh.
