Lisa Stafford

Lisa Stafford serves as a Professor of the Practice and Graduate Program Director for the MS in Management degree program at Fairfield University since September 2019. Prior to this role, Lisa was the President of Stafford Consulting Group, LLC from October 2010 to September 2019, focusing on Human Resources Consulting and Change Management. Lisa has also held positions as a Visiting Professor at Sacred Heart University, a Career and Organizational Development Consultant at Executive Talent Services, and various leadership roles in Human Resources at Aetna Life & Casualty for over 20 years. Lisa's extensive teaching experience includes part-time professorships at Quinnipiac University, and a strong academic background with a BS in Investments from Babson College and an MBA in Finance from Bryant University.
