Milena Vollmar

Milena Vollmar is the current Director of Customer Support at Famly. Prior to their current position, they served as a Senior Client Success Project Manager at CrossKnowledge from June 2019 to June 2021. Milena also has experience as a German Teacher at Berlitz Corporation from December 2016 to January 2018 and as a Customer Success Manager at EasyCorrect from December 2016 to May 2019.

Throughout their various positions, Milena has developed strong skills in customer management, sales and partnership support, team responsibilities, customer support, and product development. Milena is able to quickly understand customers’ needs and pain points and develop solutions that meet their needs. Milena is an excellent communicator and has a proven track record of developing successful relationships with customers, partners, and team members.

Milena is a passionate advocate for customer success and is committed to ensuring that Famly’s customers have a positive experience with the product. Milena is constantly looking for ways to improve the customer experience and is always willing to go the extra mile to help their team succeed.

Milena Vollmar has a Bachelor of Arts in English Philology and Biology from Freie Universität Berlin, a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from the University of Melbourne, and a Master of Education in English/Language and Biology from Freie Universität Berlin. Milena also has certification in Strategic Thinking from LinkedIn and certification in TOEFL Test from -.
