Chief Strategic Retail Officer at Fanatics
As Fanatics’ first Chief Strategic Retail Officer, Gina oversees all merchandising, inventory management and field operations for Fanatics’ Strategic Retail division, which includes a team of 1,800 employees that manage 175 flagship and in-venue retail locations across professional sports and NCAA, as well as special events such as Kentucky Derby, NHL’s Winter Classic, All-Star Games, and many more. A retail industry veteran, Gina joined Fanatics in 2016 as SVP of Merchandising where she led NCAA and hardgoods e-commerce businesses and managed all offline merchandising efforts. She played an integral role in strategic growth undertakings, such as Fanatics’ Better Brands initiative and expanding the assortment and availability of women’s apparel. Prior to joining Fanatics, Gina was EVP of Merchandising at Bluestem Brands and spent more than 20 years at Target, holding various senior level roles across several departments. A Minnesota native, she received her undergraduate degree from the College of Saint Scholastica in Duluth, Minnesota and is a loyal sports fan of her home state teams, including the Vikings football, Twins baseball and Wild hockey teams.
