Lonnie Phillips

Chief Customer Officer, Fanatics Commerce at Fanatics

Lonnie is in charge of overseeing fulfillment, manufacturing, and customer service for Fanatics. His scope of responsibility involves leading over 1,500 employees and managing state-of-the-art fulfillment and production facilities, spanning more than 1.5 million square feet, strategically located across the country. He will play a key role in revolutionizing the company’s operations to deliver world-class fulfillment and customer service. Prior to joining Fanatics, Lonnie spent six years at Amazon, where he most recently was the Regional Director of Operations for the South East. At Amazon, Lonnie supervised over 20,000 employees, 11 million square feet of fulfillment space, and billions of dollars in annual shipments. Before beginning his career in the e-commerce world, Lonnie served in the Navy for more than 21 years as a Naval Aviator. Lonnie earned a B.A. and M.S. from the University of Florida.
