Rodolphe Suicmez

Rodolphe Suicmez currently serves as VP Operations Europe at FAREVA since January 2019, while also holding the position of Directeur général at INTERSPRAY and LABORATOIRE DU BAIN. Prior experience includes a role as Directeur d'usine and établissement at AkzoNobel from May 2016 to January 2019, overseeing the Montataire industrial site, which ranks as the third largest paint-producing facility worldwide. Previously, Rodolphe was Directeur d'usine at Saint-Gobain from March 2008 to April 2016, managing wooden stair production while formulating product strategies aligned with market needs. Additional roles at Faurecia included Responsable UAP and Responsible Efficacité des Systèmes de Production, focusing on quality, cost, and delivery (QCD) within production environments and implementing Lean Manufacturing practices. Rodolphe Suicmez obtained an engineering degree in automotive from ESTACA, Ecole Supérieure des Techniques Aéronautiques et de Construction Automobile, between 1994 and 2000.
