Sharon Turnbull

Sharon Turnbull is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the insurance and risk management sectors. Currently serving as Deputy Chair of the Audit & Risk Committee and a Director on the Board of Directors at Facility Association, Sharon also leads the Data & Technology Governance Council. With a strong background at Farm Mutual Re since 2015, positions include Assistant Vice President for Underwriting & Loss Control Programs, Integrated Analytic Services, and Business Development. A recent role as Leadership Secondment at United General Insurance Corporation involved providing leadership and oversight during the CEO’s absence. Previous positions include Research and Development Manager at Ontario Mutuals and various roles at CAA South Central Ontario, York Fire & Casualty Insurance Company, TeleTech, and RSA Canada. Sharon holds multiple degrees and certifications, including a Masters Certificate in Analytics for Leaders from the Schulich School of Business at York University.
