Sharon Fernandez

Sharon Fernandez is the current President of Business Insurance at Farmers Insurance. Sharon has held this position since April 2008. Prior to that, they were the Senior People Officer at USAA from July 1990 to April 2008. Sharon has extensive experience in the insurance industry and has been instrumental in delivering positive financial and business results for the companies they have worked for.

Sharon Fernandez received a BA from St. Mary's University. Sharon then attended the Insurance Executive Development Program at The Wharton School. After that, they earned an MBA from St. Mary's University. Afterwards, they became an executive MBA student at the Texas McCombs School of Business. Finally, they completed the Management Development Program at the University of Virginia Darden School of Business.
