Andrew Kelly

Andrew Kelly is a Credit Officer at Fasanara Capital. Prior to that, they were an Asset Manager at Pepper Financial Services Group from June 2019 to January 2020. In their role as Asset Manager, they were responsible for acting in the CRE Workout team working with a Global Investment Bank client to engage in the management of performing and non-performing loan (“NPL”) portfolios (both individual and corporate), and to agree and implement debt management strategies to maximize recoveries for CRE assets. This included conducting due diligence on new/potential NPL portfolios being tendered for sale in the market to establish current situation at a Connection, Borrower and Asset level focusing on key data fields impacting value and working collaboratively with client to formulate acquisition / bid value. Andrew also produced accurate and reliable MIS for Senior Management / Executive Committee on portfolio status.

Andrew Kelly has a professional qualification in accounting from the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). Andrew also has a financial modeling and valuation analyst certification from the Corporate Finance Institute (CFI). Andrew has a BComm in accounting from University College Dublin. Andrew has also achieved a leaving certificate from Belvedere College S.J. Andrew has various certifications in real estate deal structuring, Excel, commercial real estate analysis, investment evaluation, and real estate analysis foundations from LinkedIn.
