Alain Ricard

Alain Ricard is a seasoned legal professional currently serving as a Partner at Fasken since October 2020. Prior to this role, Alain held the position of President of the Board of Directors at CAIJ from November 2019 to June 2023. Alain's extensive experience includes serving as the Canadian Head of the Transport Team and as a Partner at Norton Rose Fulbright from 2000 to October 2020, where Alain also served as the Montreal Chair of the Business Law Group. Alain Ricard earned a law degree from Université de Montréal in 1999 and previously studied at Collège Lafleche and Séminaire de Trois-Rivières.
