Marisela Garcia is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in financial analysis and customer service. Currently serving as an Investor Reporting Analyst at Fay Financial since January 2017, Marisela produces and delivers up to 120 monthly remittance reports, collaborates with internal teams to resolve discrepancies, and provides exceptional client reporting support. Marisela has previously held roles at Fay Servicing, LLC, including Quality Assurance Specialist and Loan Service Processing Specialist, where responsibilities ranged from analyzing compliance and quality metrics to managing lien releases and training new team members.
