Robb Koons

Robb Koons is a skilled professional in training and development with extensive experience in the banking sector. Currently serving as a Training & Development Officer at FCBank since February 2019, Robb designs and monitors educational programs focusing on Customer Experience and Retail Lending, including a redesigned Consumer Loan Training with an introduction to credit. Previously, Robb held the position of Community Office Assistant Manager, emphasizing exceptional customer service and branch management.
