April Watkins is a human resources leader with over two decades of experience in private equity and global organizations. April is currently the Principal at FCM, LLC, a privately held full-service consulting firm that helps the world’s largest private equity companies accelerate value creation in their portfolio businesses. Prior to their current role, they served as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Worldpay from 2011 to 2016, where they led HR engagements to accelerate change adoption, value creation and drive profitable growth for private equity clients and portfolio companies. April also served as the Vice President of Human Resources at Burger King Corporation from 2005 to 2011, and as the Sr. Manager of Human Resources at Ingersoll-Rand from 2004 to 2005. April has a proven track record in aligning global organizations with a strategic vision to realize revenue and margin growth.

April Watkins reports to Mitchell Habib, CEO. They work with Kimberly Byerley - Partner, John Hamilton - Principal, and Krishna Divakaran - Director.
