Charles is a Six Sigma Master Black Belt and Lean Master with over 17 years of experience helping organizations optimize their processes to move faster and perform better. He guides FCM clients in executing business process improvement (BPI) and broader reengineering initiatives. Before joining the firm, Charles served as a BPI advisor for multiple companies across industries, including Truck Hero (manufacturing), PatientPoint (healthcare), MacMillan, McGraw-Hill (publishing), Western Union, Citizens Bank, TD Ameritrade (financial services), Farmers Insurance Group, Mutual of Omaha, Hub International (insurance) and the Federal Reserve Bank of New York. He enabled a business under pressure to evolve its delivery model through a continuous improvement program, created an operations Center of Excellence that saved $23M per year, and decreased process cycle time by over 50% for a leading financial services company. Earlier, Charles was a Statistical and Industrial Engineer at Delphi Corporation, where he led efforts to eliminate waste and variation in products and manufacturing processes.
