Gemma Vinton

Gemma Vinton currently serves as the Head of Services at FearFree since March 2024, leading teams that provide interventions and therapeutic services related to domestic abuse, sexual violence, and stalking while ensuring operational delivery of strategic objectives. Additionally, Vinton is part of the Leadership Team at Women Empowering Defence, focusing on breaking down stereotypes within the Defence and Security Sector. Previous experience includes a role as Detective Chief Inspector at Wiltshire Police, where Vinton played a crucial part in developing responses to violence against women and girls, cybercrime, and complex investigations. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from the University of Oxford, an NVQ Level 5 in Policing Management, and extensive training in various aspects of criminal justice and cyber strategies.
