Joe Taylor has over three decades of experience in the aviation industry, currently serving as an Aviation Safety Inspector (ACM) for the Federal Aviation Administration since August 2003. Joe has held multiple roles including Maintenance Review Board Chair and Principal Maintenance Inspector. Prior to this, Joe worked for United Airlines from 1989 to 2003, advancing from Aircraft Maintenance Supervisor to Aircraft Maintenance Manager. Additional experience includes positions as an Aviation Mechanic at Sowbery Aviation, Five Star Airlines, United Airlines, Priester Aviation, and Petroleum Helicopters Inc. Joe holds a background in aviation education from the National Aviation Academy and Brandon High School.
