Brendan Holland is a distinguished legal professional with extensive experience in media and communications law. Currently serving as Senior Counsel in the Audio Division of the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) since May 2012, Brendan has held various leadership roles within the FCC's Media Bureau, including Chief, Deputy Chief, and Assistant Chief of the Industry Analysis Division. Prior to joining the FCC, Brendan practiced as Of Counsel at Davis Wright Tremaine LLP, providing regulatory and transactional support to media clients, and held associate positions at Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman, Shaw Pittman LLP, and Fisher Wayland Cooper Leader & Zaragoza. Brendan holds a JD from William & Mary Law School and a BA in History and English from the University of Virginia.
