Laura Ospina

Laura Ospina, MPA, Ed.M, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program analysis, curriculum development, and training within disaster recovery and public assistance contexts at FEMA. As a Senior Analyst in the Field Operations Directorate, Laura leads the development of training programs to enhance operational readiness. Previous roles include directing partnerships at Poderistas, serving as a COVID tracer with Partners In Health, and contributing to international development initiatives at Creative Associates International and World Learning. Laura holds a Master of Public Administration from Harvard Kennedy School and a Master of Education in International Education Policy from Harvard Graduate School of Education, along with a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from Tufts University.
