Rachel Malis

Rachel Malis is an experienced professional in grants management and philanthropy, currently serving as a Grants Management Specialist at FEMA since September 2023. Previous roles include Director of Philanthropy at the Denver Public Library Friends Foundation and Donor Development & Stewardship at Douglas County Libraries. Rachel has also contributed as a Grant Manager at the Council of Chief State School Officers and as a Development Officer with the Local Initiatives Support Corporation. Additional experience encompasses senior management roles at NeighborWorks America, Membership Coordinator at the Animal Welfare Institute, and various educational positions.
