Lance Hill

Lance Hill is a skilled professional with diverse experience in law enforcement, customer service, and media. Currently serving as a Law Enforcement Officer at the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston since September 2022, Lance previously worked with the U.S. Department of Homeland Security as a Transportation Security Officer from January 2019 to September 2023. In addition, Lance contributed as a photographer and media editor for Merrimack College's student newspaper, The Beacon, capturing campus life and events while also holding the position of Resident Assistant to foster community among residents. Earlier experience includes roles as a Product Advisor at Microsoft and Sales Associate at Champs Sports, where strong customer relations were key. Lance's background also includes an internship at Eagle News Radio, facilitating engaging content, and summer staff positions at the Boys & Girls Club of Lawrence, mentoring youth and managing activities. Educated at Merrimack College, with a degree earned in 2015, and prior studies at Central Catholic High School, Lance brings a well-rounded skill set to various professional environments.
