Richard J. Mase Jr.

SVP at Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas

Rick Mase is senior vice president with responsibility for the Eleventh Federal Reserve District’s FedCash® Services. In this capacity, he also serves as the Dallas Fed’s representative on the Federal Reserve System’s Cash Advisory Group.

Since joining the Bank in 1986, Mase has served in a variety of business areas. He joined the Dallas Cash Department as a manager in 2003 and was appointed operations officer in 2007, assistant vice president in 2009 and vice president in 2012. Over the span of these years, his responsibilities have grown from managing the operations of a single office to overseeing the cash operations districtwide.

Mase earned a bachelor of science degree in economics from Southern Methodist University and is a graduate of the Dallas Fed’s Career Development Program.
