Lara Hurst

Lara Hurst has extensive experience in supervision and risk management within the financial sector, currently serving as Assistant Vice President at the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City since January 2012, with prior roles including Manager and Bank Examiner. Previously, Lara worked as a Commissioned Bank Examiner at the Farm Credit Administration from May 2007 to January 2012 and gained initial experience as an intern at Mercer. Lara holds two bachelor's degrees from Colorado State University, one in Finance and the other in Economics, and completed executive education at Wharton and the Graduate School of Banking at Colorado in 2018.
