Judy Xiao

Judy Xiao is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in systems engineering and database management. Currently serving as a Senior Associate and IT Systems Engineering Specialist at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York since January 2007, Judy has previously held the position of Senior IT Analyst at PepsiCo and worked as a Database Administrator at Temple Health – Temple University Health System. Earlier in Judy's career, roles included Graduate Teaching & Research Assistant at Rutgers University - Newark and Graduate Teaching Assistant at NJIT Ying Wu College of Computing. Judy holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from New Jersey Institute of Technology and a graduate degree from Rutgers University.
