Viktors Stebunovs

Viktors Stebunovs is the current Deputy Associate Director at the Federal Reserve. Viktors has previous experience working as an intern at both the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City and the European Central Bank.

Viktors Stebunovs has a Ph.D. in Economics from Boston College, an MA in Applied Economics from Binghamton University, and a BA in Economics/Accounting from Latvijas Universitate.
