Benoit Dupont

Benoit Dupont is an experienced motorsport professional currently serving as the FIA Formula E Deputy Race Director and Track Inspector, as well as Head of Circuit Operations and WEC Sporting Matters at the FIA, since July 2018. With a strong focus on circuit operations across multiple racing formats, Benoit leads the sporting management of the FIA World Endurance Championship in collaboration with the ACO. Previously, Benoit was the Offroad Category Manager, overseeing the World RallyCross Championship and implementing the transition to full Electric RallyCross Super cars. Benoit's extensive background includes roles as Head of Sporting at Formula E Holdings and various managerial and engineering positions at Renault Sport Technologies, Victory Engineering, and Prema Powerteam. Benoit holds a Diplôme d'ingénieur in mechanical engineering from ISAT and a Baccalauréat from Notre dame de Bury.
