Shaina K.

Shaina K. serves as the Northwest Rocky Mountain Regional Outreach Coordinator for the USDA Agricultural Marketing Service since January 2024, managing cooperative agreements and supporting strategic relationship-building. Currently, Shaina also holds a fellowship position with the Federation of American Scientists aimed at preparing for a detail assignment with the Agricultural Marketing Service. Previous experience includes serving as the Director of Food Sourcing at Food Bank of the Rockies where Shaina excelled in food procurement, grant management, and project management. Additional roles include Sourcing Manager at Cuisine Innovations Unlimited, Territory/Regional Sales Manager, and Business Development Specialist at the Colorado Department of Agriculture, where Shaina supported food manufacturers and growers. Shaina's career began in sales and brokerage, representing diverse food products. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Metropolitan State University of Denver and an Associate of General Studies from Community College of Aurora.
