Paul Dragon

Paul Dragon serves as the Executive Director of CVOEO since July 2020, where responsibilities include overseeing program development and evaluation in partnership with the Board of Directors. Additionally, Paul has been an Instructor at the Community College of Vermont since January 2001, teaching a capstone seminar in educational inquiry. Prior roles include various leadership positions within the State of Vermont Agency of Human Services, such as Director of Field Services, Deputy Secretary, and Chief Administrator, focusing on policy implementation and services for vulnerable populations. Paul holds a Doctor of Education in Education and Leadership from the University of Vermont and advanced degrees in International Development and History and Psychology from American University and the University of Rhode Island, respectively.
