Joe Jack Williams is a Partner and Associate at Feilden Clegg Bradley Studios since October 2010, where responsibilities include leading research initiatives to maintain FCBStudios' position at the forefront of design practice. As Secretary of the CIBSE School Design Group since April 2017, Joe promotes best practices in school building design. Joe has also served as an Associate Lecturer at Oxford Brookes University and a Visiting Lecturer at the University of Hertfordshire, focusing on architectural education. An EngD Candidate at University College London from October 2010 to October 2016, Joe explored the effects of school environments on secondary school students. Prior engineering experience includes roles at URS Corporation and Parsons Brinckerhoff. Joe holds an Engineering Doctorate from UCL, a Master of Research in Adaptive Architecture and Computation from UCL, and a Master of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Surrey.
