Brandy Race is a seasoned human resources executive, currently serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Fencing Supply Group since November 2025. Prior to this role, Brandy held significant positions at Stanley Black & Decker, Inc., including Vice President of Human Resources Global Supply Chain and Vice President of Human Resources Global Supply Chain - Tools & Outdoor, where leadership spanned over 78,000 employees and focused on enhancing workforce engagement and operational efficiency. Previous experience includes senior HR roles at GE Lighting, Current powered by GE, Dana Holding Corporation, and STANLEY Engineered Fastening, where Brandy successfully drove global HR strategies, change management initiatives, and labor relations efforts.
