Penelope Gaeta is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in supply chain management spanning over 18 years. Currently serving as Vice President of the Americas Supply Chain at Fender Musical Instruments Corporation since February 2018, Penelope previously held multiple leadership roles at Henkel from October 2005 to December 2017, including Senior Supply Chain Planning Manager for Laundry & Home Care and Senior Demand Manager for Beauty Care. Penelope has consistently demonstrated expertise in planning, scheduling, and procurement, effectively managing teams and overseeing operations across manufacturing sites and distribution centers. Educationally, Penelope holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication and Business from Arizona State University.
